Privacy notice

65 High Street, Harpenden (“we”) is the building at 65 High Street, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 2SL. This notice explains what we do with the details you send us. Each practitioner and business at 65 High Street is independent and handles its own bookings, payments and customer details under its own privacy notice.

What we collect

• Business address service. The details in the sign-up form: your business name and type, Companies House number, what the business does, your name, role, email, mobile, home or current business address, the names of directors, partners and owners, and who will collect post. The form sends these to us by WhatsApp; nothing is stored on this website.
• Enquiries. Whatever you send us by WhatsApp or phone about studios, offices, the treatment room or the building.
• ID checks. For the address service, we look at photo ID and a proof of address for each person named, in person or as we arrange. We note that the check was done; we don’t keep copies unless we have to.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you asked for: taking in post, renting a room, answering a question.
• To meet UK anti-money laundering rules, which require us to confirm who our address customers are and, for companies and partnerships, who owns and runs them.
• To take payment and keep basic accounts.

Who sees it

Only the people who run 65 High Street, and the payment provider we use to collect monthly payments. We don’t sell or share your details for marketing. If the law requires it, we may have to share details with the authorities.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use a service from us, and for five years afterwards where anti-money laundering rules require it. Enquiries that don’t lead to anything are deleted within a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by messaging us on WhatsApp on 07770 921212. If you’re not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website

This website doesn’t set tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a map from Google Maps; Google may record your IP address when those load. Links to booking systems, Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
