    Show us photo ID and a proof of address for each person named, in person or as we arrange.

  4. Start using the address

    Once you’re checked, use 65 High Street and collect your post when passing. On Spotlight, we’ll also ask for your logo, photos and social handles.

Why we ask for ID. UK anti-money laundering rules require us to confirm who our customers are, and for companies and partnerships, who owns and runs them. Please don’t send ID documents through this form; we’ll arrange the check with you directly.

How do I cancel?

Give us one month’s notice by WhatsApp, and we’ll stop the payment. Please update your address with anyone who writes to you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Move between Address (£30), Address + Spotlight (£69) and Address + Managed (£159) by WhatsApp. The change applies from your next monthly payment.

What is a spotlight post?

A post about your business on the 65 High Street Instagram, Facebook and Google profile, written by us from your photos and details, tagging your account. You approve every post before it goes out.
